WHO ARE WE?
Portrait: Christophe MOTTAU's real estate project is one he has nurtured and cherished for a long time. His move from Belgium to the South of France in 2005 marked a turning point in his professional life as an executive and member of various management committees of distribution and retail companies (Belgian, German, Swiss, and French). The Covid pandemic in 2020 gave this Belgian native an opportunity to pause and reflect on his career and the different countries where he had settled (Belgium, Germany, France). After numerous relocations, he became aware of the weaknesses in the real estate sector and decided to embark on a career change in this profession where there is so much to do and innovate.
Guided by genuine benevolence and a true desire to help and support those who settle far from home, Christophe MOTTAU, holder of a Master's degree in economics in Belgium, decided to further his studies in France to acquire the essential legal, fiscal, and technical skills necessary to realize his project.
Once his diploma was validated, he embarked on the IMMO-SUD-FRANCE adventure, convinced that real estate is above all a story of benevolence; determined to bring this fundamental value back to the forefront.

Since we negotiate the value of the property with you at a fair price, the amount saved during the negotiation generally covers this fee.
